The electric shock game is a voltage multiplier circuit which can cause a small electric shock when the output is touched. The circuit for the electric shock game uses three transistors to create a high frequency voltage from a 9 volt battery. The high frequency voltage is able to produce an electric shock with very low current, making it safe to use.
Instructions are included for assembling the circuit. The English is poorly written, but the circuit board is well marked making assembly of the electric shock device easy. Additional instructions can also be found at this website: Electric Shock Machine
The circuit board for the electric shock game measure 2.4 X 1.2 inches. It will fit into project box 8 (see recommended items below). If this game is to be used with a 9 volt battery, a 9V battery clip is also recommended.
The electric shock game is safe to use, and great for practical jokes. However please use good judgement when playing with this circuit. Do not use this circuit on children, and do not immerse it in water. Adult supervision is required for anyone under 18 years of age.
